Join our exceptional clinical team within our Fully Integrated Health Center in Eastern Illinois. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to the rural underserved patients of all ages. As an oral health provider at our organization, you will work closely with other oral health providers, physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:
Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000+ DOE
Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours, 4 days x 10 hours possible
Operational hours: Monday: 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
Or foreign trained dentist with a 2-year post-doctoral residency
- Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois
- Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
Preferred Requirements:
- Chairside dental experience
- Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
- Bilingual English/Spanish
