Our client is a leading international company from the electrical and energy solutions sector, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of electrical products, including connectors, switches, lighting equipment, and modern household energy storage solutions. Due to continued international growth, the company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Energy Storage, responsible for developing distributor and channel sales in the Polish market.



🔸 Ideal Candidate 🔸

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales professional with strong experience in the energy storage sector, especially household energy storage products and related technologies. This person understands how to build distributor networks, identify high-value business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing, first order, and repeat business. The role requires excellent Polish communication skills, a strong understanding of the local Polish market, and the ability to work closely with an international headquarters. Chinese language skills are highly important, and candidates with a Chinese background or foreign candidates fluent in Chinese will be strongly preferred.


🔸 Key Responsibilities and Tasks 🔸

  • Build and manage a customer funnel focused on precision distributors and potential channel partners in the Polish market.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential channels, target customers, and high-value business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers through direct outreach, on-site visits, business meetings, and commercial negotiations.
  • Present the company’s value proposition, product portfolio, and technical advantages in a way that is aligned with client needs.
  • Lead business negotiations, cooperation agreement discussions, contract signing, and sample shipment coordination.
  • Drive customer conversion through structured follow-ups, regular client visits, and proactive objection handling.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of contractual terms and support clients throughout the cooperation process.
  • Secure initial orders and support the development of repeat orders.
  • Manage end-to-end order tracking, delivery follow-up, and day-to-day channel operations.
  • Cooperate closely with the company’s international teams and headquarters to ensure smooth communication and business execution.

🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in the energy storage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of household energy storage products and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding at least 3–5 major new clients.
  • Established network of contacts in the energy storage, electrical, distributor, or related technology sectors.
  • Fluent Polish skills, enabling professional business communication.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Chinese language proficiency is required for non-Chinese candidates.
  • Chinese nationals will be strongly preferred.
  • Permanent residence in Poland.
  • Experience in distributor development, channel sales, B2B negotiations, and contract management.
  • Ability to conduct on-site client visits and work closely with customers across Poland.
  • Strong commercial mindset, independence, responsibility, and focus on results.
  • Availability to join as soon as possible will be an advantage.
