Reporting to: the Chief Revenue Officer


Our Client is building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of a restaurant’s revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With our client’s software, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.

About the role

Our Client, a leading delivery intelligence platform for the food service industry, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. This role will focus on creating and executing multi-channel campaigns to engage restaurant operators and food brands, showcasing their AI-powered solutions for optimizing delivery operations.


Role Expectations

  • Campaign Development: Strategize, plan, and execute demand generation campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, events, and SEM.
  • Lead Generation: Develop programs to capture and nurture leads, driving pipeline revenue for the automated delivery intelligence platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners to expand reach and visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities for growth and challenges in the industry.


Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Tableau for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience selling SaaS to restaurants, ideally large chains
  • Experience working with an early stage startup
  • Located in one of our hubs - San Francisco, New York City, Tampa or willing to travel

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000 with early stage equity and a bonus tied to the success of the business.
