SEO Manager (Spanish-speaking)

 

Role Overview

We’re partnering with a growing digital marketing agency that supports well-known brands across retail, lifestyle, travel and e-commerce. They’re expanding their SEO team and looking for someone who can take ownership of Spanish-market accounts, lead small internal teams, and deliver strong SEO performance from strategy through to reporting.

 

About the Company

A boutique digital agency offering full-funnel marketing support — from SEO and content to paid media and Amazon advertising. The team works in a collaborative setup, gives autonomy early, and encourages learning, testing, and trying new ideas. They work with a mix of international brands and are building a high-performing SEO department with plenty of room to grow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SEO projects end-to-end for Spanish-market clients
  • Build and execute SEO strategies with the SEO Lead
  • Lead keyword research and identify ranking opportunities
  • Oversee on-page optimisation and guide content improvements
  • Work closely with copywriters and SEO specialists
  • Monitor performance across GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush and SE Ranking
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports for clients
  • Run regular client calls and suggest optimisation opportunities
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and support wider team discussions

 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or C2)
  • 3+ years’ experience working in SEO
  • Strong on-page SEO knowledge
  • Confident interpreting data and building recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with industry tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Data Studio)
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bonus: technical SEO exposure or experience in a digital agency environment
