Role: Seller Incentives Strategy Analyst

Location: London, UK (Hylo Office)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am–6pm), office-based

Start Date: ASAP (within 1 month acceptable)


Overview

TikTok is expanding its Seller Growth team and is looking for a Seller Incentives Strategy Analyst to join their London office. This role is part of the TikTok Shop business and is focused on designing, running, and analysing seller incentive programmes.


It’s a hands-on, data-driven position where you’ll be configuring missions, running A/B tests, and delivering insights that directly impact seller performance. The role is well-suited to someone early in their career (1–3 years’ experience) who has strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, and a keen interest in e-commerce and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimise seller incentive programmes to improve performance.
  • Configure platform tasks and run A/B tests, tracking and measuring outcomes.
  • Gather, analyse, and report on performance data to evaluate the success of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, seller incubation, algorithm, and others) to deliver aligned strategies.
  • Support budget tracking and efficiency measurement for incentive programmes.
  • Present results clearly to stakeholders and suggest areas for improvement.


Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related analytical subject.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a data or analytics-focused role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to perform independent analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.


Desirable

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or technology sectors.
  • Exposure to user growth, incentive design, or gamification.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools or reporting systems.

Interview Process

  • Stage 1: SQL test.
  • Stage 2 & 3: Two interviews (45 minutes each) with team stakeholders.
