What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and fixed asset management
- Monitor banking activity, approve wires, and ensure accuracy in client and corporate transactions
- Assist with corporate tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting
- Oversee preparation of monthly financials and support variance analysis across business lines
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (2–5 direct reports)
- Partner with leadership to streamline processes and elevate reporting capabilities
What You Bring:
- Active CPA license (or willingness to reactivate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- A self-starter mindset, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and a collaborative approach
- Strong grasp of GAAP, payroll tax compliance, and corporate tax reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Enterprise One, etc.)
