Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer who’s ready to build bold, interactive learning experiences that go beyond the typical slide deck. You'll be joining a team that’s passionate about talent development—where coaching, leadership growth, and high-impact assessments are the norm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing creative learning content across areas like leadership, coaching, performance, and client service.
• Partnering closely with internal experts to turn business goals into transformative learning solutions.
• Using tools like Articulate Storyline, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to build rich digital learning experiences.
• Exploring how AI, microlearning, and gamification can elevate their programs.
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—without getting bogged down in red tape.

What You Bring:

• Strong instructional design experience, especially with eLearning tools and multimedia.
• A high learning drive—you’re energized by new challenges and not afraid to dive into unfamiliar content.
• A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working closely with others to craft smart, engaging solutions.
• Experience with video content creation/editing is a big plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Storyline, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Degree? Nice to have, but not required—they care more about your talent and drive.
