What You’ll Lead
This newly created role is designed to elevate the construction function and position it for rapid scale. You’ll guide internal teams and subcontractors while overseeing delivery across commercial interior, exterior, emergency, and general construction projects.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor internal project teams, subcontractors, and GCs with a hands-on, empowering approach.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial projects—from initial planning to punch-list completion.
- Build and scale a high-performing construction division as the company grows nationwide.
- Partner closely with senior leadership on reporting, planning, and strategic direction.
- Improve quality, safety, and efficiency through process refinement and operational best practices.
- Keep projects on schedule through proactive risk management and fast, informed decision-making.
- Maintain strong, forward-thinking communication with clients throughout every project phase.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and compliance standards at all times.

What You Bring
Experience & Education
- 10+ years in commercial construction management
- 5+ years leading teams and overseeing complex, large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
Technical Expertise
- Strong multi-trade knowledge
- Ability to guide teams through service, repair, and construction best practices
- Solid financial acumen—bidding, pricing, P&L, job costing
Leadership Strengths
- Experience building, scaling, and developing teams
- Clear, confident communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Skilled at prioritizing, aligning teams, and driving fast-paced execution
- High emotional intelligence and a coach-minded leadership style
Tools & Tech
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and similar platforms
- Scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera
- Reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- CRM and work-order systems
- Strong virtual communication skills
Preferred Extras
- OSHA certifications
- Experience in commercial construction, facilities, or service-driven environments
- Background handling high-volume work orders in revenue-focused settings
