A/R Manager + Hands-On + Council Bluffs 

We’re partnering with a growing, multi-location organization that needs a strong Accounts Receivable leader to take ownership of cash applications and collections across six locations. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. This is for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, tightening processes, and bringing clarity to the numbers. 

What You’ll Own 

• Full-cycle Accounts Receivable oversight for all locations 
• Cash applications — accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliation 
• Collections strategy and follow-through 
• Identifying gaps in process and driving clean-up initiatives 
• Working closely with internal teams to improve AR workflow and visibility 

What They’re Looking For 

• 2+ years managing both cash applications and collections 
• Strong Excel skills (comfortable analyzing and organizing data) 
• Someone who isn’t afraid to dig in, question processes, and improve them 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable 
• Degree not required — experience and ownership matter more 

The Environment 

• In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 
• Stable organization with multiple operating locations
