Inventory Analyst + Manufacturing + Omaha 

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify an Inventory Analyst who will play a key role in supporting production, planning, and inventory accuracy. This position sits at the intersection of operations, purchasing, and production, with direct visibility to leadership and a meaningful impact on day‑to‑day plant performance. 

This role is well suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain accurate inventory records across raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods 
• Manage EDI orders and support material forecasting and production planning 
• Monitor inventory levels to support production needs while minimizing excess stock 
• Perform cycle counts, research variances, and ensure ERP data accuracy 
• Support plant scheduling and inventory turn optimization 
• Partner with purchasing, production, and operations teams to support efficient workflows 

Qualifications 

• Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 
• ERP system experience required (IQMS experience a plus) 
• Solid Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis 
• Degree preferred but not required 

Work Environment 

• Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) 
• High‑visibility role with direct interaction with leadership 
• Hands‑on, collaborative manufacturing setting
