What You’ll Be Doing

• Support general ledger activities and day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including follow-ups and customer communication
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational accounting needs
• Assist with system improvements and ERP processes (including new system implementation)

What They’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships count!)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with systems
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (GAAP exposure preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment
• Exposure to ERP systems (or eagerness to learn new platforms)
• Interest in process improvement and efficiency
