ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Intern to join our team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across our systems, supporting data management processes, and assisting with general marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining high data quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Entry and Verification
- Input and update data in various systems accurately.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Report any data issues and work with the team to resolve them.
- Database Management Assistance
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of databases.
- Support database cleanup and deduplication efforts.
- Help with the migration and integration of data between systems.
- Analytics Support
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data to derive insights and recommendations.
- General Support
- Assist marketing and sales team members with various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in folder structure and cleanup project.
- Document data management processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong academic credentials with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- We are seeking a student with the availability to work 15-30 hours/week during the summer 2026 timeframe in our Omaha office.
- We are seeking a rockstar junior, senior, or grad school candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data-related software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
