With a driven and collaborative team, they serve high-net-worth clients through a white-glove service model — and they’re ready to add a Financial Operations Associate to help fuel their next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with custodians like Schwab and Fidelity to execute account transfers, distributions, and updates
• Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts and client service requests
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and precision
• Maintain accurate client data within the firm’s CRM system
• Support internal teams by tracking deliverables, managing special projects, and enforcing deadlines

What You Bring:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort navigating CRMs
• Exceptional attention to detail — the kind that catches what others miss
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Series 65 certification (or willingness to obtain) is a definite plus
