Now, they’re seeking a President to lead the company into its next era of growth.

The Opportunity

As President, you’ll serve as the strategic and cultural leader—guiding a talented executive team, strengthening operational performance, and positioning the business for long-term success. This role calls for a leader who can unite people around a shared vision while advancing innovation, service excellence, and trusted client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and align the executive team with accountability, collaboration, and purpose.
• Foster a culture built on trust, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Drive operational and financial performance across construction and service divisions.
• Expand the company’s presence in the mechanical service and maintenance market, ensuring continued client satisfaction and profitability.
• Build strong partnerships with unions, contractors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and association meetings.
• Protect the organization through sound financial management and risk oversight.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience within the mechanical contracting industry, with meaningful exposure to the service side of the business.
• Strong operational, strategic, and financial acumen with a record of driving growth.
• A collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style that inspires trust and accountability.
• Exceptional communication and presence with employees, clients, and community partners.
• Willingness to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska to lead onsite and be immersed in the company’s culture.

Preferred Extras:

• Familiarity with union labor relations and collective bargaining.
• Active engagement in industry associations such as MCAO, MCSA, or MCAA.
• Visibility and thought leadership within industry events and educational forums.
