With more than 200 employees and decades of success, the company provides a full suite of services including HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, steam fitting, pre-construction services, and preventative maintenance. The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary, dynamic President to lead the company into its next phase of growth. This role will oversee the executive leadership team, align culture and operations, and set a bold vision for the future. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, inspiring others with presence, trust, and a forward-looking mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and unify the executive leadership team, driving accountability and performance.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and servant leadership.
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability through thoughtful planning and execution.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, unions, and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at community events, associations, and industry conferences.
  • Ensure risk management and contract review processes protect the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in mechanical contracting or general contracting.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with a track record of driving growth.
  • Inspiring presence with the ability to lead through trust, vision, and collaboration.
  • Experience building relationships with employees, clients, and community stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of union contracts and labor relations.
  • Involvement in local or national industry associations (MCAO, MCSA, MCAA, or similar).
  • Active presence at industry events or educational seminars.

  • Currently at the VP level or above and ready to take the next step.
