Design Engineer + Land Development + Omaha

Our client is hiring a Design Engineer who’s eager to grow, loves problem-solving, and wants to see their designs take shape on the ground.
You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that prioritizes mentorship, hands-on learning, and working together to deliver site design and infrastructure projects that actually get built. You won’t just be another cog in the wheel—you’ll be an integral part of the process from day one.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Assist with the design of land development and civil infrastructure projects using Civil3D
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and reports
- Support field investigations and help with construction phase services
- Participate in project planning and analysis
- Work closely with experienced engineers who will guide your development
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or working toward one)
- Passed—or planning to take—the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D (coursework or internship experience is a plus)
- A curious mind and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
