What You'll Tackle:

• Perform reconciliations and oversee day-to-day financial activities across a variety of entities.
• Manage payables, maintain accurate ledgers, and keep digital records organized and audit-ready.
• Assist in the monthly close process through journal entries, fixed asset tracking, and account reconciliations.
• Support internal audits, record deposits, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience and a strong command of GAAP.
• Confidence working in Excel—formulas, functions, and financial logic.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a self-directed approach to managing your workload.
