Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist who’s ready to be a steady, solution-oriented presence in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

This isn’t your average AR role—you’ll be the frontline for billing questions from customers who stop by daily, so strong communication skills and a thick skin are essential. You’ll need to be equal parts empathetic listener and sharp problem-solver—someone who can think on their feet, spot discrepancies, and recommend improvements when something’s not adding up.

What You'll Do:

• Manage high-volume accounts receivable and billing operations
• Field in-person and phone inquiries from customers
• Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and post payments
• Proactively question inconsistencies and identify process enhancements
• Work full-time onsite in a collaborative, energetic team setting

What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in AR and billing
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable engaging with direct, fast-talking customers
• Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus
• MerchantAg experience not required, but a willingness to learn is key
