FP&A Manager + High-Impact + Omaha

Our client is looking for an FP&A pro who wants more than just a seat at the table—they want to lead the conversation, shape strategy, and build something from the ground up.

This is not a plug-and-play position. It’s a newly created, high-impact role where you'll be the architect of the budgeting process, the go-to for Board-level reporting, and the analytical force behind acquisitions and financial forecasting. If you’ve got strong modeling chops and a hunger to make your mark, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain robust financial models that connect the dots across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Own the budgeting process—end-to-end—for at least three operating budgets annually.
  • Lead cash forecasting for both the short and long term.
  • Interpret and monitor financial covenants to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and report on corporate KPIs to the executive team.
  • Prepare and present polished Board decks—be ready to answer questions in real-time.
  • Play a hands-on role in M&A due diligence and integration modeling.
  • Contribute to a culture that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

What They’re Looking For:

  • A strong foundation in financial modeling and forecasting, with confidence toggling between cash and GAAP-based metrics.
  • Experience in SaaS, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking—we care more about your drive and analytical horsepower than your exact resume.
  • Comfort with presenting to executive leadership and investors; you’ll be front and center, not behind the scenes.
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups) are a must—there’s no planning software here, so your spreadsheet game needs to shine.
  • Prior exposure to private equity or a high-growth, small-to-midsize company is a big plus.

What You’ll Get:

  • Remote flexibility (hybrid optional if based near Omaha); must work CST or EST hours.
  • A direct line to leadership and a chance to help shape the future of a growing company.
  • A collaborative, fast-paced team that celebrates initiative and innovation.
  • Bonus potential tied to individual and company performance.
  • A role with visibility, variety, and serious growth potential.

This is your opportunity to build a function, influence decisions, and grow alongside a company that’s making a real impact.
