What You’ll Do:

This isn’t a “sit in the office and review spreadsheets” kind of role. You’ll work directly with ownership and the executive team to drive business strategy, while also managing day-to-day financial operations. Think:

• Overseeing full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, bank reconciliations, and reporting
• Leading and mentoring a small accounting team (AP, AR, Payroll, and a generalist)
• Collaborating on big-picture initiatives and evaluating process or system improvements (a software upgrade could be on the horizon)
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping guide financial decisions for two distinct business units
