Prepare and manage underwriting files for new and existing accounts.
Coordinate updates for current accounts and communicate with surety underwriters.
Handle the issuance and processing of various bond types, including bid bonds, performance/payment bonds, maintenance bonds, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and more.
Support marketing efforts by engaging with underwriters and facilitating account placements.
Collaborate with team members to place miscellaneous bonds and gather necessary underwriting information.
Review bond documents and invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Assist in the collection and reconciliation of premiums, including return premiums.
Support the marketing and acquisition of new accounts.
Provide administrative and operational assistance to the V.P. of Surety.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in surety and bonds.
