Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive management reports to site leadership, regional and global operations teams, and corporate finance.
Establish and calculate detailed and reliable standard costs in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all financial policies, guidelines, and procedures, advising site teams on adherence.
Provide valuable financial insights to assist leadership in making well-informed business decisions.
Drive cost optimization through continuous analysis and by promoting efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes.
Lead and foster a high-performance finance team, demonstrating leadership principles and organizational values.
Actively contribute to site leadership, influencing strategic decisions, and supporting cross-functional teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
At least five years of experience in progressive finance or accounting roles.
Experience working at a manufacturing site is required; industries such as pharmaceutical, food, or consumer health (regulated environments) are preferred.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
Experience as part of a site leadership team is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and costing methodologies.
Expertise in financial planning and control, especially in areas like operations, supply chain, procurement, quality, and/or commercial operations.
Advanced analytical, financial, and modeling skills, including ROI evaluations.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance.
Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) methodologies.
Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, local regulations), and the ability to learn and apply company-specific financial policies.
