Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Regional Finance & Performance (FP&A) to lead regional financial strategy for our North American team. This position will serve as the financial partner for four regions, fostering strong collaboration with teams in Operations, Marketing, HR, and Sales, while overseeing a team of two Senior Analysts. The Director will focus on driving performance through financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights to fuel regional growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead financial partner for regional teams, working closely with Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Data groups.
  • Lead month-end financial reporting, working with U.S. management and regional business partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive communication and reporting processes between headquarters and regional teams, ensuring seamless alignment.
  • Oversee the development of key performance metrics, financial scorecards, and analysis of profitability at various levels.
  • Provide in-depth financial performance analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure the delivery of real-time financial data to support decision-making in the regions.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for North America, ensuring accurate assumptions and financial inputs for each region.
  • Manage financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements for leadership review.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profit and loss (P&L) reports, revenue trends, personnel costs, and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters on financial data requests and special projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, becoming a trusted financial advisor to the regions.
  • Lead and mentor an FP&A team, providing guidance, professional development, and support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a track record of successful collaboration with regional teams.
  • Expertise in full P&L management.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enterprise financial systems (e.g., Navision, OneStream).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in regional finance roles, with an emphasis on driving financial performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


Salary Range: $180k - $200k
