Title: Senior Project Architect - Federal Facilities

Location: Tampa, FL | Lexington, SC | Dallas, TX (hybrid)

As a result of our success, we're looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our Federal Architecture team and lead medium-to-large projects from concept to completion.



What You’ll Do

  • Lead project delivery—managing budgets, schedules, resources, and quality control.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to secure future work.
  • Develop winning proposals, including scope and pricing.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced staff.
  • Travel to project sites and client meetings (with potential of up to 50%).


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Professional degree in architecture, engineering, or related field and 15+ years of related technical experience (including 2+ years in project management),

OR

  • 14+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in project management) without a degree.


Preferred:

  • Professional license in architecture with NCARB certification.
  • Experience managing aviation or government projects.
  • Proven track record in client development and relationship management.
  • Proposal development expertise (scope and pricing).
  • LEED AP, WELL AP, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional accreditation.
