As a hands on Red Seal Plumbers Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training a team of Sprinkler Fitters; creating, scheduling, and closing work orders; ordering parts and materials needed for the job; resolve client and employee issues; layout, install, inspect, and maintain pipes (copper, steel, cast, wrought iron, brass, fiberglass piping, plastic), steam and condensate systems, chilled and condenser water systems, water feeders and controllers, sewage and water filtration systems, hydronic systems, etc. in commercial and industrial settings; perform material and equipment take offs; other related duties as required.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Red Seal/Journeyman Plumber License
• Medical gas installation, brazing and welding certificates a strong asset
• At least three (3) years working in/around hospitality, industrial and commercial sites
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in the Commercial/Industrial Plumbing industry
• Valid Passport
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract

The successfully hired Journeyman Plumber Superintendent must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal, Driving, Physical, and References).

SHIFT: Days, 7:30am – 3:30pm (Monday – Friday). Plenty of OT available after 40 hours.
