Job Opportunity: Lead 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic


We are a trusted leader in the transportation industry, specializing in Cummins engines, BAE systems, Schwarze sweepers, and Rosenbauer fire trucks. We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic to join our team and take a leadership role in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks, coaches, and specialized vehicles using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Lead and mentor apprentice and junior technicians to ensure quality workmanship and professional growth.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and MTO inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage repair workflows to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diverse vehicle systems.
  • Enforce safety protocols and uphold a clean, organized workspace.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve team performance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Certification: Fully certified Truck & Coach Technician (310T) with proven hands-on experience.
  • Leadership: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory mechanic role is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including Cummins engines, BAE, Schwarze sweepers, and Rosenbauer fire trucks.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
  • Motivation: Commitment to safety, quality, and ongoing professional development.



Schedule

  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
