We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead 310T Truck & Coach Mechanic to join our team and take a leadership role in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks, coaches, and specialized vehicles using industry-standard tools and software.
- Lead and mentor apprentice and junior technicians to ensure quality workmanship and professional growth.
- Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and MTO inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage repair workflows to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diverse vehicle systems.
- Enforce safety protocols and uphold a clean, organized workspace.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve team performance.
What We’re Looking For

Certification: Fully certified Truck & Coach Technician (310T) with proven hands-on experience.

Leadership: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory mechanic role is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including Cummins engines, BAE, Schwarze sweepers, and Rosenbauer fire trucks.
