Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, primarily across Business and Public Liability
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing
• Deliver tailored, strategic insurance advice to a diverse client base
• Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities
• Mentor junior team members (for senior-level applicants)

What you need to bring:

• Tier 2 qualification (Tier 1 preferred or highly regarded)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in broking or account management
• Solid understanding of SME and commercial general insurance
• Confident, clear communicator with strong relationship skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
