This is the perfect role for anyone looking to break into recruitment or build a long term career in the industry. You’ll start as a Resourcer, learning the craft of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate care, before progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

This is your chance to learn from the best. Based in our Southport office, you’ll gain hands on recruitment experience, working side by side with our Principal and senior consultants who know how to take talent from entry level to high performing.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries
• Write compelling job ads and market roles creatively
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using our CRM
• Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements
• Shadow senior recruiters and work directly under our Principal to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile
• Provide first class candidate and client experiences at every touchpoint

What you need to bring:

• Confidence and charisma, recruitment is a people business and relationships matter
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times
• A go getter mindset, proactive, solutions driven, and ambitious
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast moving industry
• Tech savviness, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms
• Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits
• A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long term career in recruitment
• Customer service, sales, law, construction, or hospitality background (desirable but not essential)
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
