We’re working with a well-regarded accounting and advisory firm based in Hope Island on the northern Gold Coast.

Known for their personalised approach and long-standing client relationships, they’re now seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team.

This is a flexible opportunity available either part-time or full-time to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, provide strategic tax and business advice, and help mentor junior staff within a modern, collaborative office environment.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a range of entities
• Providing strategic tax and business advisory services to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants
• Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and industry standards
• Contributing to internal process improvements and workflow efficiency

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• 5+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, XPM, and cloud-based platforms
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach with strong time management and attention to detail
