Overview:

H9 Talent Solutions are hiring for an experienced Vice President to work for our client who is a leading infrastructure investment platform in London. You will play a key role in originating, executing, and managing investments across the digital infrastructure space, including fibre networks, data centres, towers, and edge infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities:

·       Lead and support the origination and evaluation of new digital infrastructure investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.

• Manage transaction processes end-to-end, including financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams, advisors, and co-investors.
• Oversee the performance and strategic development of portfolio companies, driving value creation and growth initiatives.
• Support fundraising activities and contribute to the firm’s broader digital investment strategy.
• Mentor and guide Associates and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in infrastructure investment, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on digital assets.
• Strong transaction experience within digital infrastructure sectors such as fibre, data centres, towers, or connectivity platforms.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage deal processes and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
• Degree-qualified, ideally with a strong academic background; additional professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACA) beneficial but not essential.
