Step Into the Future of Family Office Wealth Management.
District Partners has been exclusively retained by a nationally respected wealth management firm to identify a Wealth Specialist to join its Family Office team in Cleveland. This is not an administrative back-office role—this is a front-row seat to the future of high-net-worth advising. You’ll work directly with Senior Wealth Advisors on complex, multi-generational client needs, setting the stage for your own upward trajectory.
If you're looking for a role that combines exposure to sophisticated planning with mentorship from some of the most experienced advisors in the business, this is your moment.
Why This Role Matters:
This growing Family Office is redefining the client experience for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. As a Wealth Specialist, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that prides itself on white-glove service, seamless execution, and long-term client partnership. This is a rare opportunity to build deep technical knowledge while preparing to become a future Family Office Advisor yourself.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the right-hand to Senior Wealth Advisors—supporting client meetings, preparing personalized financial materials, and executing follow-up action items.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (investment, tax, operations), ensuring precision, clarity, and responsiveness on every request.
- Manage day-to-day service and operations tasks with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
- Help coordinate estate planning, tax strategy, investment reviews, philanthropic giving, and family governance activities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, problem-solving, and executional excellence.
- Leverage internal systems and processes to track progress, manage deliverables, and support long-term planning goals.
- Learn directly from the best—this is the launching pad for future Wealth Advisors within the firm.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably wealth management with exposure to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—this is a relationship-driven role.
- Willingness to complete CFP® designation (preference for those currently pursuing or who already hold it).
- A collaborative, coachable spirit and a genuine passion for wealth management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and annual performance bonus.
- Full benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and more.
- Tuition reimbursement and continued education opportunities.
- Clear growth track within the firm.
- Long-term opportunity to work with multi-generational clients and help manage significant relationships under seasoned leadership.
