This is a Tier I/II level role, ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience providing hands-on IT support in a law firm, financial institution, or other professional services environment.
This is not a back office help desk job. You’ll be working directly with attorneys and staff in a high touch, fastmoving environment where professionalism, responsiveness, and polish matter.
