Transaction Advisory Supervisor – Growing Professional Services Firm

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Transaction Advisory Supervisor to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and relationship-driven professional with at least three (3) years of transaction advisory experience to work directly with private equity and strategic clients across diverse industries including manufacturing, technology, retail, and business services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial and accounting due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyze financial statements and key performance trends to assess quality of earnings (QoE) and normalized EBITDA.
  • Interact directly with target company executives and client leadership to gather insights and deliver findings.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, prospects, and internal team members.
  • Draft proposals and assist in business development activities to grow the transaction advisory practice.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise seniors and associates, providing feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
  • Maintain strong technical proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and M&A transaction advisory practices.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, community-focused, and team-oriented firm culture.
  • Travel approximately 15-20% of the time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA designation (or CPA eligibility) strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial due diligence and transaction advisory services.
  • Proficiency with basic accounting software; QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, client service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, think creatively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous professional growth.
