About the Role

We are partnered with California’s largest water utility—the third-largest in the US—to recruit a Senior Paralegal for their Legal Department. The selected candidate will be hired as a full-time employee directly with our client.

The Legal Department is an efficient, high-impact team of attorneys providing full-service legal support across a multi-state enterprise. The ideal candidate brings a combination of private practice, government or regulatory, and in-house experience. The work spans regulated utility transactions, multi-jurisdictional real property matters, public company governance, and civil litigation — a profile that rewards breadth over narrow specialization.
