Our client is an international manufacturer of low-voltage electrical equipment and new energy infrastructure solutions. As part of its expansion across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, the company is looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager – Poland who will build the local customer base, develop distribution channels, and take full ownership of the sales process.


🔸 The ideal candidate 🔸

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and highly independent B2B sales professional with experience in low-voltage electrical products, industrial automation, electrical distribution, or related technical sectors. This person understands the Polish industrial ecosystem, has an established network of distributors, contractors, EPC companies, system integrators, or industrial clients, and is comfortable developing a market from an early stage.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on customer acquisition with strategic market development. They will be able to assess genuine purchasing potential, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate order fulfilment with international teams, and build long-term customer and partner relationships across Poland and the wider CEE region.


🔸 Key responsibilities 🔸

  • Develop new B2B customers in Poland, including electrical contractors, distributors, photovoltaic EPC contractors, energy storage system integrators, industrial OEMs, and engineering and construction companies.
  • Generate leads through online marketplaces, the company’s website, LinkedIn, email, telephone, WhatsApp, industry events, and local marketing activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, solution preparation, pricing negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Convert inbound enquiries from the Polish market into commercial opportunities and completed orders.
  • Build and manage the company’s local distribution network across Poland’s major industrial regions.
  • Support the development of local operations, including warehousing, logistics, partner management, and future team growth.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent channel pricing structure, reducing the risk of unauthorised reselling and price conflicts.
  • Cooperate with the international supply chain team to coordinate production, customs clearance, local warehousing, last-mile delivery, and inventory availability.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, resolve operational issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse competitors, market pricing, product preferences, technical requirements, and relevant certifications in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Provide the product team with market feedback regarding preferred technical specifications, installation methods, and local customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, technical seminars, and relevant business events.
  • Build local brand awareness through professional associations, LinkedIn content, customer references, technical workshops, and case studies.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle in HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews covering conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, average order value, repeat purchases, and channel performance.
  • Prepare regular sales and market reports for the company’s leadership team.


🔸 Your profile 🔸

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial product distribution, or technical business development.
  • Previous experience in low-voltage electrical equipment, electrical engineering, industrial automation, renewable energy, hardware, or building materials.
  • Practical understanding of products such as MCBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, ATSs, SPDs, DC combiner boxes, and DC disconnect switches.
  • Residence in Poland, preferably in Warsaw or Kraków.
  • Native-level Polish, including the ability to conduct commercial negotiations, technical discussions, and contract-related communication.
  • Fluent English, enabling effective cooperation with international colleagues and the supply chain team.
  • Knowledge of the Polish business culture, electrical market, and industrial ecosystem.
  • An existing network of customers or channel partners in Poland; relationships in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, or other CEE markets will be an advantage.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to identify high-value opportunities and develop differentiated pricing strategies.
  • Experience using CRM and digital sales tools, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and commercial ownership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a developing local structure with limited supervision.
  • Availability to attend local customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.
  • Readiness to start as soon as possible.

  • Competitive remuneration aligned with the candidate’s experience, including a performance-related component.\
  • Base Salary: US$88,790.85 - US$118,387.81 / year
  • A locally compliant employment or B2B cooperation agreement.
  • An on-site, field-based role in Poland, with a preference for candidates located in Warsaw or Kraków.
