We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a highly qualified and ambitious candidate to join our team as Restaurant General Manager at our prestigious restaurant in Newton, MA. As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing meal preparation, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership qualities, strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example and inspire our team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth
• Ensure proper staffing levels and manage employee training and development
• Oversee meal preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served to guests
• Maintain inventory levels and control costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide budget oversight and monthly reporting functions, cash handling, accounts receivable/payable, processing credit card transactions, and payroll administration

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an owner of a restaurant
