What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist Lead Installers with transporting, lifting, and positioning granite, quartz, and other countertop materials at job sites.
• Help set up and break down work areas, keeping job sites clean and organized.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision, learning proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Learn to read installation drawings, use tape measures, and understand job specs as part of your development.
• Follow all required safety protocols, including wearing PPE and completing required physical/DOT certifications.

What You Bring

• Reliable transportation to and from work and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and some Saturdays.
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Chauffeur’s License and pass a DOT medical certification (company-supported).
• Physical ability to lift 100+ pounds safely, climb stairs/ladders, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the trade.
• Comfortable using GPS and reading maps for navigation to job sites.
