Inside Sales – Boutique Luxury Stonework

Location: Everett, MA | Work Type: In-Person | Pay: $52,000–$120,000/year (base + commission)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time | Client-Facing Role

Cumar, New England’s premier source for high-end marble and rare stone, is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Professional at its Everett, MA showroom and fabrication facility. This role is ideal for someone with a polished, consultative approach to selling — and the initiative to follow up, close deals, and keep clients excited every step of the way.

You’ll work from a state-of-the-art showroom and handle mostly inbound interest and referral-based business. This is a client-first environment where trust, attention to detail, and product knowledge are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meeting with clients in person at the Cumar showroom and fabrication facility
  • Learning each client’s vision, needs, and project goals — then guiding them to the right material and solution
  • Quoting, following up, and moving projects from interest to confirmed sale
  • Coordinating with the production and templating teams to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
  • Tracking ongoing conversations, ensuring no opportunities are missed or stalled

What You Bring:

  • High initiative and follow-through — you know how to move a deal forward and keep clients engaged
  • Polished, professional communication — especially with high-end clientele
  • 2–5 years of inside sales, design showroom, or client-facing sales experience (luxury market preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several opportunities at once
  • Comfort working in a structured, in-person sales environment
  • Experience with stone, design, or construction (Preferred but not required)
