What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect completed countertop jobs for accuracy using shop drawings and job specs
• Check dimensions, cuts, edges, and polish to ensure quality before delivery
• Assist in loading completed jobs for pickup and installation crews
• Organize completed jobs in the staging area and report any issues to the Shop Manager
• Help with general material handling, truck loading/unloading, and shop support tasks

What You Bring:

• 6–12 months of experience in fabrication, installation, or similar shop environment (preferred)
• Ability to read and understand work orders and job drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, crouch, and handle stone materials regularly
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a plus

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Providence, RI
• Work is indoors but not climate controlled — some lifting and material handling is required
• You’ll be part of a tight-knit shop team that values reliability, communication, and shared success
