What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect completed countertop jobs for accuracy using shop drawings and job specs
- Check dimensions, cuts, edges, and polish to ensure quality before delivery
- Assist in loading completed jobs for pickup and installation crews
- Organize completed jobs in the staging area and report any issues to the Shop Manager
- Help with general material handling, truck loading/unloading, and shop support tasks
What You Bring:
- 6–12 months of experience in fabrication, installation, or similar shop environment (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand work orders and job drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, crouch, and handle stone materials regularly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a plus
What You Should Know:
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Providence, RI
- Work is indoors but not climate controlled — some lifting and material handling is required
- You’ll be part of a tight-knit shop team that values reliability, communication, and shared success
