Currently, we are searching for an experienced Custom Residential Project Manager for our client in the South Houston market. Our client is a premier custom home builder who specialize in luxury and high-quality construction projects ($2MM-$20MM+ in value)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Custom Residential Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Estimating, Budgeting, and Ordering
• Permitting and Scheduling
• Leading meetings with clients
• Coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and on-site superintendents
• Creating cost to complete analyses
• Executing change orders and purchase orders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in luxury construction project management
• 2+ years of experience with high-end custom residential projects ($2MM minimum)
• Strong character is a MUST as all employees share high integrity, morals, and values

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay = $85,000-$100,000+
• Project bonuses = $7,000-$20,000+
