- Install stone countertops in new residential construction projects
- Drive a company vehicle from the Midland warehouse to job sites
- Unload and stage materials at job locations
- Communicate clearly with project managers and the shop team
- Ensure proper fit and finish, including minor on-site adjustments
- Maintain tools and keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
What You Bring
- 2+ years of stone countertop installation experience
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (often with a partner)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
