- Strong Earning Potential – Base salary of $55K–$65K, with expected total compensation of $75K–$100K.

- Weekday Hours + Predictable Schedule – Monday–Friday 9–5, with an occasional Saturday (10 –2) for showroom coverage.
- Greet and guide homeowners, designers, and builders through a high-end stone selection experience.
- Develop deep knowledge of our product lines and design applications to assist clients with confidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with returning clients and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to follow through on quotes, samples, and project timelines.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales and provide post-sale support.
- A strong interest in sales, customer experience, or design.
- Professional polish and strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
