Countertop Install Helper (Stone Industry)
Location: Bow, NH | Work Type: In-Person | Pay: $18–$23 per hour

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hand tools and power tools? This is a great entry point into premium countertop installation, with on-the-job training and a clear path to become a lead installer. If you enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and working on beautiful projects, this Install Helper role could be a strong fit.
- Earn $18–$23 per hour depending on experience, with steady hours and overtime opportunity
- Tools provided, plus strong training and a clear growth path to Installer
- Consistent schedule, 40–60 hours per week, typical start times at 6 or 7 am
- Occasional travel only; overnight trips are rare

- Load, transport, and stage stone tops and materials with safe team lifts
- Assist the lead installer with set-in, alignment, shimming, and level checks
- Mix epoxies, set seams, apply silicone, scrape and polish clean-up, and protect the site
- Read tape measurements, help confirm field dimensions, and support basic documentation
- Protect finished surfaces, maintain a clean work area, and leave the site customer-ready
- Drive company vehicles between the shop and job sites as directed
- No prior stone experience required
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
- Any prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus
- Able to drive company vehicles as needed
- Physically capable of frequent lifting with a team, kneeling, and standing for most of the shift
- Professional, safety-minded, and eager to learn
You will be trained on safe handling, installation steps, seam work, and finish quality. Helpers who show initiative and consistency can progress to Installer, then to Lead Installer.
