What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate Laser Templating software and equipment to take precise digital measurements on-site.
• Create digital measurement files with detailed specifications, including notations for polished edges, cutouts, and other customer preferences.
• Capture photos of job sites to document relevant information and upload them to client files.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and clients to verify project details such as sink placements, faucets, and overhangs.
• Check cabinets for levelness and communicate any issues with the Sales Team.
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are communicated clearly to clients and followed throughout the templating process.
• Act as a communication bridge between the Sales Team and clients, offering technical expertise as needed on the job site.

What You Bring:

• Technical Proficiency – 2+ years experience in construction/ using a tape measure - in countertops is a plus.
• Laser Templating software or similar systems. Intermediate knowledge of CAD/CAM is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Attention to Detail – Strong focus on ensuring that all specifications are accurate and customized to client needs.
• Problem-Solving Ability – Aptitude for solving challenges that may arise during the templating or installation process.
• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and job details efficiently.
• Experience in Construction or Stone Fabrication – Experience working in a similar capacity is preferred, but not required.
