Luxury Countertop Installer (High-End Custom Homes)

Are you an experienced installer who takes pride in flawless fit and finish inside custom homes? Do you know how to protect a jobsite, communicate with homeowners and builders, and solve problems on the spot? This role is ideal for a craftsman who has worked with premium materials and enjoys seeing high-end spaces come together. - Work on luxury custom homes with an established client base and reputation in the market
- Competitive pay at $24–$29 per hour, full benefits, and steady hours
- All tools provided plus a boot allowance
- Typical schedule is about 48 hours per week, minimum 40, with overtime as needed
- Rare travel. Overnight trips happen once or twice per year
- Two openings. Ready to hire now
- Install high-end stone in luxury homes, including kitchens, islands, vanities, showers, and specialty features
- Handle and set granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and large-format slabs with safe rigging and team lifts
- Read drawings and layouts, confirm field measurements, and coordinate with builders and homeowners
- Perform on-site modifications, including scribing, leveling, seam work, polishing, and edge touch-ups
- Protect finishes, maintain a clean work area, and leave the site client-ready
- Drive company vehicles to and from jobs and the shop
- Proven experience installing premium stone in custom homes
- Strong fit and finish skills, including scribing, shimming, seams, epoxies, silicones, and polishing
- Ability to read plans and communicate clearly with clients and jobsite leaders
- Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles
- Safe lifting practices and familiarity with handling equipment
- Professionalism in high-end residential settings
