    Compensation $85,000 to $115,000 base, DOE; plus significant quarterly bonus opportunity tied to sales goals
    Schedule and Travel Field based, Monday to Friday. 100 percent local territory, home every night. No overnight travel.

    About the Opportunity
  
  
    Bronwick is partnering with a nationally recognized building materials brand to hire an experienced A&D sales professional for the Chicago market. Manage and grow an established territory with approximately 1,000 accounts in CRM, including a prioritized set of commercial and high end residential targets.
  
  
    What You Will Do
  
  
    - Complete 5 to 6 in person client visits per day across the city and northern suburbs.
- Own the full sales cycle as specifier, closer, and project manager across commercial and luxury residential projects.
- Focus time on approximately 300 priority accounts, including 200 commercial relationships with multi million dollar targets and 100 high end residential contacts with a seven figure goal.
- Drive specifications with architecture and design firms, developers, and general contractors, and track projects from design through install.
- Build pipeline through research, outreach, showroom appointments, jobsite visits, association events, and targeted follow ups.
- Maintain clean CRM data, report activity and forecasts, and partner with the local GM and regional leaders.
    What You Bring
  
  
    - 3 to 5 years of B2B outside sales, including 2+ years selling to architects, designers, developers, or custom builders.
- Proven success running the full cycle from prospecting and spec to close and post sale follow through.
- Existing relationships in Chicago’s A&D community preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and project discipline. Comfortable driving the territory daily.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive daily within the metro area.
