About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our client’s team in McFarland, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, laminate, and solid surfaces. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload countertop materials to job sites.
• Measure, cut, and fit countertops to exact specifications.
• Install countertops, backsplashes, and sinks according to project requirements.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a professional finish.
• Work closely with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, both on-site and in the shop.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed during installation.
• Follow company standards, building codes, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in countertop installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in countertop fabrication and installation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
