Countertop Fabricator/Polisher (Stone Fabrication)
Location: Addison, IL | Work Type: On-Site, 2nd Shift | Pay: $18–$25/hour (DOE) + Overtime + Bonus

- Stability & Hours: 60+ hours/week, Mon–Fri, 5 PM–3 AM, with some Saturdays
- Great Pay: Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
- Monthly Bonus: $400 when team metrics are met (achieved 18 months in a row)

- Polishing and finishing granite, marble, quartz, and other stone surfaces
- Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performing light repairs or adjustments on machinery
- At least 1 year of experience in countertop fabrication or polishing
- Willingness to work 60+ hours/week including OT and some Saturdays
- High attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent finishes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus (Preferred)
