Currently, we are searching for an Albuquerque, NM based Stone Countertop Templater for a high-end fabrication shop with a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer service. This is a key hire on a growing team with excellent leadership and long-term career upside.

The primary responsibility is to accurately template residential and commercial countertops using both digital and manual methods, while serving as a technical expert on-site with installers, designers, and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accurate digital and stick templates for countertops and vanities across 3–4 job sites per day
• Collaborate with fabrication, install, and design teams to ensure field accuracy and on-time delivery
• Identify and troubleshoot field issues using strong technical judgment and product knowledge
• Communicate clearly with customers during site visits while maintaining a clean and professional appearance

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years experience with digital templating tool
• 5+ years experience with both digital and stick templating
• Installation or fabrication background preferred
• Must be comfortable on job sites and in customer-facing environments

COMPENSATION

• Base salary = $60,000+ depending on experience
