- Competitive salary: $75,000–$110,000/year plus full benefits

- Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for commercial flooring projects — materials, labor, subcontractors
- Reviewing blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications to complete takeoffs and proposals
- Coordinating with suppliers and subs to confirm pricing, product availability, and timelines
- Managing bid submissions and supporting the sales and operations teams throughout preconstruction
- Participating in value engineering reviews and client-facing presentations when needed
- Experience estimating in commercial construction; flooring-specific experience is a plus
- Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills; familiarity with estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple active bids and shifting deadlines with precision
- Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal
- Understanding of bid workflows, vendor coordination, and industry terminology
