Production Manager (Stone Industry)

Location: Allentown, PA | Work Type: In-Person | Pay: $55,000 – $65,000/year

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running day-to-day shop operations and hitting production goals
  • Leading a team of fabricators — hiring, coaching, evaluating, and supporting their growth
  • Managing the schedule, materials, and workflow to avoid delays and improve throughput
  • Working with Sales and Install teams to solve issues and avoid rework
  • Overseeing shop safety and ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Updating job tracking systems and closing out work orders
  • Supporting equipment maintenance, part availability, and production readiness
  • Leading process improvements to increase quality and reduce waste

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership in a fabrication, millwork, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced shop setting
  • Familiarity with CNCs, hand tools, solid surface materials, and production software
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to prioritize
  • A clear communication style and a focus on accountability
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to a clean, safe workplace
